Wood is a living material that works with changes in temperature and humidity levels. A phenomenon of swelling, micro-cracks, or splits may occur over time. This phenomenon does not in any way alter the mechanical resistance of the wood or the durability of the materials. Furthermore, deformation of the wall under water pressure may occur – mainly on the central and lower planks (maximum water pressure) – this is normal. Provided that the assembly has been carried out in accordance with the assembly instructions, this phenomenon does not call into question the solidity of the structure. Conditions: The wood must be treated every year with an adequate wood protection product. For in-ground pools, drainage must comply with the instructions in the manual. The wood must be treated annually with protection products available on the market. Attention: Without annual treatment, the warranty expires. For in-ground pools, all elements above ground must be treated. Warranty exclusions: Any modification of the product.
