Highlights

Discover the Aqua 8.50 x 4.35 x h1.45m rectangular wooden pool kit with submerged beach, ideal for creating an elegant and friendly space in your garden. Perfect for enjoying moments with family, it offers a depth suitable for comfortable swimming. Easily customize its installation by choosing one of the 3 available fixing methods: sealing, screwing, or metal cradle on a sand bed. For perfect integration into your exterior, 3 liner shades are offered (blue, sand, or gray).

The Altanka pool kit is complete and the manufacturing of its structure is more environmentally friendly: wood being a renewable material that is more ecological, economical, and durable than traditional concrete construction. The pine used is treated with class 4 autoclave, using a vacuum pressure method with double drying: this impregnation is carried out with products from the KORA brand (“Kurt Obermeier Raumland”), a leading brand in wood protection, guaranteeing better resistance against mold, fungi, and insects. Thanks to this, the wooden structure benefits from a 10-year warranty, thus ensuring durability and peace of mind for your investment.

Materials & care

The Scots pine structure is treated via Class IV autoclave vacuum pressure with KORA preservatives. To maintain warranty coverage and timber resilience, apply an appropriate outdoor wood protection product annually and ensure proper ground drainage for inground configurations.

How to use

Assemble the timber structure according to the chosen mounting configuration (embedded steel posts, shoe brackets on a concrete slab, or self-supporting metal cradle). Lay down the protective antibacterial ground and wall felt before mounting the 75/100 liner, then connect the 8 m³/h sand filtration system and fill with water.

Warranty

Wooden structure commercial warranty: 10 years

Filtration and accessories commercial warranty: 2 years

Legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects: 2 years

Warranty duration: Wood: 10 years, Filtration and accessories: 2 years, Liner: 2 years (weld integrity). These warranties cover all manufacturing defects and exclusively concern the shipment of spare parts to replace defective parts. Proof of purchase is essential for the processing of any claim request.

Details of commercial warranties: The autoclave-treated Scots pine wood is guaranteed for 10 years against fungi and insect attacks (excluding termites, ants, and Australian bees). Wood is a living material that works with changes in temperature and humidity levels. A phenomenon of swelling, micro-cracks, or splits may occur over time. This phenomenon does not in any way alter the mechanical resistance of the wood or the durability of the materials. Furthermore, a deformation of the wall under water pressure may occur – mainly on the central and lower planks (maximum water pressure) – this is normal. Provided that the assembly has been carried out in accordance with the assembly instructions, this phenomenon does not call into question the solidity of the structure.

Conditions: The wood must be treated every year with an appropriate wood protection product. For in-ground pools, drainage must comply with the instructions in the manual. The wood must be treated annually with protection products available on the market. Warning: Without annual treatment, the warranty expires. For in-ground pools, all elements above the ground must be treated.

Warranty exclusions: Any modification of the product. Natural traits and processes of the wood (change and differences in shade, presence of knots, cracks and splits, resin and/or salt deposits, bluing, superficial mold). Corrosion of hardware. Warped or curved elements allowing the assembly of the product. Damage caused by transport, storage, assembly, improper use, or lack of maintenance. Natural deformation due to prolonged exposure to the sun. Damage due to poor ground preparation. Damage caused by unauthorized interventions. Damage resulting from public or commercial use. Damage caused by force majeure (earthquakes, fires, landslides, floods, storms, winds, hail). Damage caused by termites, ants, or Australian bees. Defects visible upon delivery. Labor and transport costs.

The liner: 2 years on welds and watertightness, under conditions of normal use and valid only before assembly. Any cutting of the liner or even partial water filling means that the buyer acknowledges the conformity of the liner received in relation to their order (color, dimension). Not guaranteed: Tears, holes, folds, stains, discoloration (including on the waterline due to tanning products or treatment containing copper). Damage due to incorrect assembly or use: storage recommended between 10°C and 25°C in the original packaging; assembly between 20°C and 25°C. Unauthorized interventions. Public or lucrative use: damage caused by use for public or lucrative purposes. Negligence, lack of maintenance, or exposure to frost. Use of non-recommended products. Damage caused by external forces such as earthquakes, fires, …
