Bestway repairs or replaces ONLY THE DAMAGED PART, NOT THE ENTIRE SET. Bestway reserves the right to request the item be sent for further testing. Bestway will not replace products deemed to have been damaged due to negligence or used without regard to the guidelines in the owner’s manual. The Bestway commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects discovered when unpacking the product or during its use, within the limits of use and in compliance with the warnings and instructions provided in the user manual. The product must be stored and handled in accordance with technical recommendations.

SUBMIT THE CLAIM

RECEIVE ASSISTANCE

When the claim is confirmed, the after-sales service will send the new part to the address indicated on the warranty form. The replacement part is received within 4 to 5 business days provided that the documents are compliant and the replacement part is available in stock. Some cases will require a return of the product to the Bestway after-sales service.
